City shutdown hosted by cool fm for all expats to re-open porthacourt....porthacourt is now safe for expats..this will be the biggest party ever..hosted by protea hotels porthacourt...here is my number 07034447204...as soon as i get the details will posted here..i got the info on saturday....there will appearances by Nigerian top comedians, musicians....i promise to post it here

It is not safe until there is total control of security there in Porthacourt.When things done right then expat can come,it wont be good a situation whereby expat will be living in panic,and you expect them to just because protea is organising a party.
