Sorry to hear of your son's allergies. Hope it gets treated and cured with time. Perhaps as a first step you could consult a good paediatrician in one of the main hospitals. They may be able to refer you to a good allergist.

There is also a Bahraini doctor at Al Kindi Hospital, Dr. Fadhel Sabbagh, who is supposed to be good for allergies. A friend of mine at work got treatment from him for a nagging allergy. This is his profile: alkindihospital.com/al_kindi_allergy.php

There could also be good allergists in the other major hospitals, some of which are: Royal Bahrain Hospital, Ibn Nafees Hospital, International Hospital and Bahrain Specialist Hospital.
