I am 45 male from India and am having experience of more then 10 y ears in Travel Agency as Manager Tours . Please advice if it is possible for me to migrate to Canada with my family.
or any other ways other then above, if possible, please advice.

I have no idea about the job market in your profession, but if you do get a temporary work permit, that entitles your immediate family (wife and children) to accompany you.
