Hi there!
There were a few friends of mine on holiday in Amsterdam in April 2011, and I met this nice girl working at the souvenir shop, and I could never find her back again! Does anybody know her perhaps? (I know this is hopeless..but trying doesn't hurt! 
)

Good luck with your search for this girl which you seen her for the last time more then two years ago.
Seems to me like a mission impossible.
Have you tried to go back to that souvenir shop and ask the manager if he/she know that girl?
