Can a permeate resident from any West Indies Islands relocate

Can a permeate resident from any West Indies Islands relocate from their original place of birth to one of the other Islands without changing their residency?
Example would be if I was born on Saint Lucia and wanted to live/work on St. Vincent or even Martinique.

Nopes, you need to change your residency / apply for residency in the new country.

Martinique is France.  It's not an independent country, as such, the regulations governing moving there are more stringent.

Hi SINTINS,

It will be difficult for a permeate resident to relocate somewhere else. :P
But if he is a permanent resident the situation is different.

West Indies consists of many islands with many sovereign flags, so no, an islander cannot live & work everywhere in the Caribbean.

With a CARICOM passport (which now SLU offers) you can live & work in the associated islands.  ;)
