i present my compliments to members of this august forum. i have planned to visit dubai with my wife early part of january 2008. i would be very grateful if any could tell about moderately or affordable hotel or hostel in the range of $50-$60 in dubai. is there any shopping mall in dubai i could buy starter culture for making yoghurt? thank you very much friends. joseph from Ghana.

Hello! I found one through booking.com...........Al Kawther Hotel Suites, also there is a yha hostel there too and I found a couple others through same booking engine...don't know about the yoghurt but probably in local markets I imagine...Laura and Bill Allan
