Big estate firms are listed on Herold (Yellow Pages)under Haus Makler. Remax has an easy website- you choose your location, district etc, and all properties will come up. Top Speed is another, as well as the Austrian Banks ie Raiffeisenbank, or Sparkasse also have property portfolios! Good luck! Transport links in those cities are excellent, Vienna has trams, underground, and busses. Graz busses and trams. Salzburg has electric and normal busses. GOOD LUCK!
