The cost of living completely depends on where you decide to live. So, Asian side is relatively cheaper than the European side of Istanbul. And what kind of job are you looking for? You can easily find job if you are well equiped and don't have a desire of big income So, first you'll get a job and than according to your job, you'll find the cheapest place to live around. (That's when I can help you)
