Depending on where you're at, the price range will vary, as will the quality.

Me, I'm currently living in a condo in San Rafael, Mandurriao. Depending on the floor you live on, and whether or not you're looking for a fully furnished apartment, you can expect to pay at least P10,000 a month. Not bad for a place with 24/7 security, a pool, washing machines, a back up generator, and good plumbing. Not to mention it's only a 5 minute walk in either direction to get to SM City, Plazuella, or Smallville.

Diamond in the rough though, as I wouldn't recommend any other apartments in Mandurriao. Plumbing isn't as good and the water's kinda yellow.

Perhaps somewhere near Villia? You're gonna want somewhere that won't flood, definitely.
