How is job market in Dubai especially in the the Banking sector?

Hi,

I am currently residing in the UK and work for a Financial Institution. I am planning to visit Dubai for employment opportunities. I have five years of working experience in the UK. I have gained my qualifications in the UK (BSc in Computer Science and MBA International Business). How is the job market in Dubai especially in the the Banking sector? How should an industry/company be targeted for jobs whilst in Dubai?

Thanks for getting back. Currently I am working as a Personal Banker but recently I have completed my MBA IB so would like to apply for a role in Corporate/Investment Banking at a junior level.
