For a couple who want to save up I would say the bare minimum would be as follows:-
Rent: SR 20K-30K per annum (one can get apartments for SR 15K-20K but I wouldnt wanna live in them)
Food: SR 15K per annum
Utilities: SR 7K per annum
Transportation: SR 20K per annum
Which amounts to a bare minimum of SR 5K per month
