I wish to know about the on arrival visa in dubai procedure?Which professions are allowed to enter dubai for on arrival from Kuwait?

According to http://www.mofa.gov.ae/mofa_english/por … 433a7.aspx :

AGCC Residents
Who are not GCC nationals but who have a high professional status such as company managers, business people, auditors, accountants, doctors, engineers, pharmacists, or employees working in the public sector, their families, drivers and personal staff sponsored by them, are eligible for a non-renewable 30-day visa upon arrival at the approved ports of entry.

Thanks for the information.I heard Air arabia and emirates airlines also arranges visit visa.Is that true?

ask the airline - tell them ur job description as per your residency. they'll tell u whether or not u get visa on arrival. as far as i know it is only emirates airlines that can do the visa for u.
