Hi my company is opening a HR consultancy office in Bengazi soon and we are in process of recruiting new staff .
It seems difficult to get any response from newspapers we have advertised in . Can anyone advice what is the best medium to get adverts out in Bengazi for staff? we require an Arabic /English speaking Sales Development Manager.
Also how do you Gage local salary levels?
