Basically I am from India.I have completed Masters in CAD (mechanical) & know very well pro-engineer .I have long stay VISA (French Work Permit) until December 2015.Can you any guide me to search for a job /website to apply.I know basic conversational french. Thank you in advance

Hi jaideepc,
You can post your CV in the job section of the blog or you go and register in pole employ. Just try to locate their office where you live and inquire from them what is their requirement for registration. There are other website you can search for job. carerbuilder.com/fr;you've Monster also.
