Hi,
My husband just landed a job n is heading to KWI tomorrow on a visit visa.how long would it take for him to get d residence visa stamped on his passport?i am aware Ramadan begins in a few days...hence the query.what about his PCC,does it require attestation by d kuwaiti consulate in new delhi?pls do reply.

Hi Marzai,

new work visa issuance? Is he a a US citizen?
All I needed was a commercial visa from the sponsor, a police clearance from my local police station and my degree legalized by the department of state and the Kuwaiti embassy in DC "US embassy in Kuwait can't help with that". Then the two docs above will need to be translated to Arabic to process the residency.

If all papers are legalized....etc it should be less than a month
