I am a student at Alliance Française in Toulouse (I am Level 2 a.k.a. not quite beginner), and was wondering if there were other Native English Speakers also learning French there?

Hey Johnny,
I was taking courses with AF back in Canada before I came to Toulouse. They are not bad but are quite expensive for what you get.
I am not sure if you need to be enrolled in a university, but I recommend checking out the UofToulouse FLE programe, heres the link:
