Searching for rent in Libreville

I'm looking for an affordable place to live in - either a flat or a small house - in a nice, secure and well-located area of Libreville. The rent will be paid monthly.

I'd like to find a place with 2 or 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen, bathrooms, a dining-room, a small garden too if possible.

Monthly rent between 350 euros and 600 euros maximum. Water, gas and electricity included.

NB : the place shouldn't be too far from the French School Blaise Pascal in Libreville.
