Well paid jobs hard to find?

Hi there,

I am happy that I found such a cool forum. I fell in love with Mauritius instantly on my vacation last year. So I am considering moving there for at least two years and see how it goes.

Currently I work in Risk Management in the banking industry in germany and make a decent salary. And even though I dont want to go to Mauritius for the money I'd like to live comfortable and being able to save money.

I looked at several job descriptions (IT,finance,banking,consulting) and saw that most jobs pay 10k to 40k which is not quiet comfortable.

Is it really that rare to find jobs that pay 80k a month in those industries? I have 5 yrs. experience in IT-Consulting and finance, so I figured my chances should not be too bad..right?
