Wanna make friend with expats living in HCMC

I'm 25 years old and currently living in Sweden but will be in Vietnam this July for a month starting in Ho Chi Minh City.

My Viet is ok  but it definitley needs improvements and I need a tour arund Ho Chi Minh Cit. We should deinitley hang out nguoi dep! In exchange i'll learn you Swedish (your English sounds quite good so I don't think you'll need any improvements there).

By the way, are you familiar with Concept Coiffure? I think it's at district 2.

I need to get there a few friends recommend me this spot and I'm not exactly sure where it is except that it's in D2 but i'll probably staying in D1 or do you any other good hair saloons in HCMC?
