I have a friend from Sudan living in Senegal. I helped her economically to obtain her SenegalŽs Residence Permit and Police Certificate six months ago. I have received a mail from her telling me she has Police problems because she needs to re-stamp her papers just six months later after she got them in late January this year. Will you please inform me if this is so in Senegal? That foreigner people needs to re-stamp their Police Certificate every three months? I will be very gratefull if you can answer my question.
