Welcome to Stuttgart - and to the forum.
We had Expat-Blog meetings here in the past, which were a good way to know people and find friends. But currently nobody is arranging them, so they stopped.
Are you interested to organise a new gathering? (Of course with help of me and other members!)
Alternatively, Internations has a monthly gathering of English speakers, and there's also a German-American club, the MetClub.
