Advice about moving to Singapore

Just joined the website and looking to getting to know people in SIngapore.

Lived in Singapore for 6 months on a student exchange and absolutely loved the city. Now that I am qualifying with some experience in the oil and gas sector, I really want to return to Singapore. any advice which people can offer on how best to move, challenges with visas and getting accomodation and if anyone so happens to know about the job market in the oil and gas sector that would be brilliant.
