Profession change is required for applying family visa

Hi.
I am diploma engineer from india. I am working on marketing speciliest category in riyadh.
Now while applying for family visa will I get family visa with marketing speciliest catagegory.
As my qualification on aquma is not matching with my visa catagery / profession.

My salary is 11000 SAR per month. And on my offer letter family satatu is mentioned.

Please advice me if I hv to request to my company for profession change. And normally how much time is required to change profession in ksa.
