Good evening !
I will shurely not become y big customer, but find the subject interesting. I read that Nigeria has only about 45% of its usable surface for farming really used. What happens to the rest ? Or maybe I got it wrong, and 45% were unused. But this is quite a lot. Edo State interestes me in particular because of a mail friendship I have there. Everybody tries to live in town. i find it an idea to go the other way round.
How much of Edo is mapped already and how can one be shure that the seller is well the owner ?!
What farm-land prices are justified ?
Can one always construct a house on farm land ?
Or is this just a fairy tale ?
