Hi,
I was a student in Malaysia for 4 years, but I have finished my course now and my student visa has expired. So I have returned to my country (India). while as a student, I was working part time for a small company and they have offered me a full-time position with them. However, I will need to apply for the work permit now. So my question is, can I apply for the work permit from India? If yes, does anyone know what the process is? as in what my employer will have to do and what I will need to do? Or do I need to be in Malaysia to apply for the work permit?

if not mistaken, your employer has to apply not you
