Hi there, I'm considering spending some time in Ferrara/Bologna and would like to know:

1) how easy it is to find work in general
2) how easy it is to find work as an ESL English Teacher (with TESOL qualifications and experience) and what the rate per hour is
3) any tips for finding work

I am an "EU citizen"... a native English speaker, fluent in Czech but with basic Italian language skills.
