what kinds of goods do you export and where are they exported to?

At the moment - tea. To USA, Europe,  Russia

1. Export procedures: Contact logistics companies. You will get all information about trucking, customs clearance, document certification/validation/inspection if any; how long and how much.
The important documents are C/O (Certificate of Origin) and Customs Clearance Form.

If you are:
- an enterprise exporter and manufacturer: Easy to apply for C/O registration and Customs clearance under your company's name.

- an enterprise exporter: In this case, you should make clear with a local manufacturer that your company's name will be put in C/O and Customs Clearance Form.

- an individual exporter: In this case, you are not eligible to directly apply for C/O and customs clearance. Your local manufacturers can do or you can ask the logistics companies do it on behalf of you.

2. Certificates required: Depend on kinds of products and countries/regions you export.

3. Foreign business establishment in Vietnam: Depends on forms of commercial presence that you want to set up in Vietnam (LLC, JSC, branches or representative office)...Contact law firms for
the details.

Continue Number 1. Export procedures: If prices are ex-works, you have to take care all of export procedures. In case FOB price is offered, factories/suppliers will take over it.
