My wife and I can strongly recommend Saigon Cooking Class, above Hoa Tuc restaurant in the Refinery courtyard on Hai Ba Trung (saigoncookingclass.com). We've been for two morning classes, and can't fault their facilities or the teacher. We had a great time. Last I looked, go on a Friday to learn Bánh Xéo.
