Me and my future husband are due to marry soon
The town hall in which the marriage will be held and registered is asking for new birth certificates of my fiance. The problem is that he is not currently in Pakistan and these birth certificates are only issued by the union council of the city where he was born.

Can anybody help us?

Dear Maryam

Hopefully now the issue has been solved. For getting some official document the blood relative should be there to apply in absence of the person. No one else can apply on his behalf. Or as last option you have to hire some agent and pay him extra (bribe)
