you must hang out in Hamra street, gemmayze street, downtown and the waterfront. hamra and gemmayze are full of pub and restaurants, dress code is casual, no security measures needed. you can start your night from 7 PM onward and they are very easy to reach if you're inside beirut. as for downtown, you should visit a couple of rooftops: capitole and Iris, dress code is smart casual, aslo no security measures needed. the waterfront beirut is a bay where you have a long strip of multinational and local restaurants. all are easy to access. enjoy your stay!

Thanks WkeI for the info. I will try to use most of it. Any recommendations on the pubs/restaurents in Hamra and Gemmayze?
