Working in Tabubil

Hi!

I am a first time expat from the Philippines. I just accepted a job offer to work in Tabubil as an accountant. I would like to inquire what must I expect in Tabubil? I haven't read any post about Tabubil yet here. Mainly I would like to inquire about the following:

         - Security
         - Average cost of living
         - Diet/regular food
         - Internet/phone service
         - Weather
         - Transportation Method
         - Must haves
