Hi!
I am thinking to move...from UK to Riyadh, but before I need your help regarding Riyadh.
1. which should be a correct salary for an Engineering Manager in Civil Engineering - EPC Projects (management staff >30 engineers).
2. which other "package"s should I ask for?
3. how can I go on paying the loan of my flat in London? Is there any problem between banks and so on?

Hi EstMon,

1. The salary range could be anywhere between 15000 to 25000 (Saudi Riyals)
2. You should ask for Housing allowance, Medical Insurance and Yearly ticket to your country of residence, Education allowance for kids if any.
3. Money can be easily wired between banks, hence your loan can be paid

Don't forget about holiday time (very important if you're working in KSA). Should be a minimum of 30 days (try for more!) plus five days each for the EID holidays.

Try for a transportation allowance, too.
