Hello everybody,

I am in the process to move to Kuwait for expat assignment and will be working in Ahmadi City.. I've been told to to consider Fahaheel, Mangaf, Fintas and Mahboula - What do you guys think?

I also found some apartments in the mentioned areas and they go from 350 KWD to 600 KWD (Furnished). Any good websites for apartments to rent?

are electronics and furniture cheap out there?

hello DeltaX and welcome to Expat.com, yes, electronics and furniture are considerably cheap in Kuwait, however it depends on what you are comparin' em to. you can get an idea of electronic prices by going here

as far as apartments, anything you find online will be overpriced. try to network with a few people that could get u the scoop on the actual prices on the ground. the areas you mentioned are relatively cheaper to be at given their distance from the CBD of Kuwait i.e. the capital.
