Hi all Im Jo living in Ireland, I am wanting advice I have been with my Algerian boyfriend just a short time and I am due to go Algeria in September we both no we want to marry and have spoken with his mum about this she is happy for us... \I just really don't no where to start and what I need for this to happen please any advice anyone has will be a big help
