Looking for Commerce teaching jobs

Hi Friends,

I am a qualified and experienced Commerce Teacher Specializing in Business Studies and Economics.
My last job was in Doha in 2012 and i am trying to get back to the Middle East again. I am finding it extremely difficult to get any replies from applications i am sending through agencies like TES and others. I have changed my CV and Cover letter styles thinking i was maybe old fashioned. Still no replies. I think even if i do not mention my age, they still figure out i am 53 years old.
Can any one tell me if they have or are facing this problem? Does anybody know of any school in UAE that is looking for a long term serious Commerce teacher. I also have practical Business Management experience from previous Jobs, which only helps to my teaching as they become hands-on experience that NQT's don't have and only teach according to the theories from textbooks.
