Hi Yasin26,
You can try the Dutch community in Frankfurt - although there isnt many (well not on Expat.com), you could keep an eye on the site in case they increase and then you can try contacting them to help you. This is the link for the Dutch community in Frankfurt.
Alternatively, you could post on the Dutch Forum and see whether some one can help you that way?
