Jobs in the agricultural sector as very very limited even for locals.
I suggest you do an online search and see if there is work for you. Or check out the NZ Govt Immigration website for a visa.
You may be able to get a student visa if you are enrolled in a course here in NZ. As a student you can have a part time job whilst studying then at the end of the course you can look for employment.
