I am a cardiovascular intensive care nurse and I just received my MBA. I plan to moving to Warsaw in about 2 years. I am wondering what employers are looking for on a CV? I have 2 years to add to my CV, so any advise about relatively stable sectors and qualifications employers are looking for would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I would prefer a position in the medical field. I have 10 years of emergency, trauma and critical care experience. If I have to change fields due to employment opportunities, I am open to the idea. Thanks for the help.

Ok, number 1 is languages: start learning Polish and perhaps Russian or German. I'll find out more medical specific details
