I have a Syrian friend who is trying to find a job in Singapore or Malaysia. He's been here for more than 2 months but with no luck in finding a job. Do you know any immediate solution that he could take to resettle in Malaysia? Do you know any organizations or Syrian people who can help him?

My Syrian friend is an IT Professional. He worked as a Software Developer/ Engineer for 7 years. He is 30 years old. Salary is negotiable.
