Hi,
I need raw cashew nuts to make cashew cream but I haven't been able to find it anywhere.
Not roasted, no salt/honey, just raw, without skin of cashew.
Does anyone know where I can get them?
Also I am looking for desiccated coconuts to make some sweets and all i can find was really thick and long type of
If anyone knows where I can get raw cashew and desiccated coconuts in Saigon, I would appreciate your answer 
And if you know about the rough price for 1 kg, i would be really happy <3

I buy raw cashews at a little shop just up Ham Nghi towards Ben Thanh from Phuong Ha. Has a big table of nuts etc out the front and big jars of coffee, tea, nuts etc just inside.
Pretty fresh unlike some and in bulk, so not as expensive as the small packets of cashews in the supermarket, even if you can find raw ones.
