Getting a well paid sales position in Botswana

Hi , my name is daniel and me and my partner plan to mave from England to Botswana in the near future. my question is. What is the likelyhood of getting a well paid sales position in botswana? also, somebody posted a comment about being trained to drive forklift/dumper/bulldozer and grader. do you have any info on this as the post has been taken off recently
