Hello!I am Latvian but i am living in Ireland almost 9 year.I have boyfriend in Tunisia and we have child 2 years old. My friend wants to come to Ireland and we dont know how to start to make visa.Please some advise.Thanks.

Well, you just need go online and fill out Visa form, there is no other way around it.
