My personal preference, the swimming pool at Saigon Pearl at 92 Nguyen Huu Canh, p 22, q Binh Thanh. You just have to know a member to get in and pay $11 for one time entry fee.
The pool at Thao Dien Village in District 2 on Nguyen Van Huong St. is nice and relaxing with good view of the river.
