Hello everyone,I'm Kingsley and according to d website of d FRRO,its said dat expatraits with business visa don't need 2 register with d FRRO.But one with a student Visa is still reqired to do say.I just need 2 know if d laws have changed.
DOES AN EXPATRAIT WITH A BUSINESS VISA NEED TO REGISTER WITH D FRRO?

Hi, if you don't stay more than 6 months in a row, no need to register. Usually, business visa is for period of 30, 60 or 90 days so you don't have to register whereas the student visa is I guess for 1 year with a continuous stay.
