I'm seeking to buy a house and land in Spain at a budget price. The land lot should be at least 50 ares to 1 ha or more. It can be up to 10 ha. Must have electricity, water, telephone, DSL or cable connectivity and a good post office within 5-10 km. Have no jobs? Need cash? Message me and sell me your extra house. I only buy one house, for a residence, I am not an investor. Please do not offer jobs, I don't need a job. Thank you.
