Hello everyone,

I am thinking of opening an alternative-underground cafe/bar in Luxembourg with my girlfriend and i would like to read you opinion about that. I currently live in Liege, so i had the opportunity to visit Luxembourg some times. It seems a quite place with not so many things to do during your stay.
Luxembourg is a business city and I have seen people only on suits. I have no idea if there are some underground places to visit.
The plan is for a cafe/bar, with underground style.
Do you think that something like that would work in a business city? I have never seen something like that in Luxembourg and this idea came to me.

interesting idea. Have you been able to find answers? I thought that there might be many red tapes and rules and regulations to open up such businesses?
