I personally do not know very much current atmosphere in universities regarding headscarf problem. But about job, you will definetely find a job assuming you are also speaking French. French, Arabic and English (including Russian) are the most needed languages in Turkey's foreign trade field. So that you will find a job definetely in Foreign sales field with a good salary!
