May I know how much the Minimum Income we should earn in PNG as my friend's company offer him RM15000 to PNG for 2 years contract , is that worth for him to go there as his salary in malaysia are almost RM10000 ,pls advise !!!

Is that salary monthly or yearly ??
Is it after tax taken out or before ??
Is the company supplying accommodation, food, transport and airfares ??
If not then it is probably too low.

Aften taken out tax will be RM14000

Accommodation -sharing,food lunch & dinner , airfares only can be Redeem back after one year contract(airfare have to buy himself first) .
If not then it is probably too low.

Airfares are usually paid by the company. May be difficult to get paid back.
Company pay for visa
Is company paying tax in PNG or offshore ??
If not this may cause problems.
Money needs to be paid into overseas bank account with an allowance paid in local currency or your friend has a credit card he can use to withdraw money when he needs to.
Is it too low ??
Depends on where he is working and what the job is.
Security can be a problem so the salary should reflect this.
