Hello everyone,
I was wondering if someone could give me feedback on living in Santiago de Puriscal. I was wondering what the medical care is like. I have a special needs child that has frequent doctor's visits. I want to live in the interior, but still need to be close enough to medical facilities.

There is a NEW hospital in Puriscal. This is one of the reasons that Puriscal worked for us. Have not been in it and have not yet retired there.
