Sorry Mr Rahman, but you have to be resident here to enroll - and to become a resident it's very complicated for Bagladeshi citizens as it takes a minimum investment of 400.000 euros........

Hi Mr. Rahman,
Simon in Andorra is right, in order to get the residency, you can get it if you have a house or assets of minimum of 400K euros, however, you can also check the universities (there is an mba in Andorra as well), and study it on distant basis. For Catalan courses, I don't think u need residency, as Andorra is not a schengen zone, therefore, you can stay here for your short term courses. But you will need schengen visa to get here, through Barcelona or Toulouse.
